Jan. 2

Jingyuan Deng (Bruce, who graduated from NU-G30-Chem-Eng undergraduate program in 2016 and has been doing research at Cornell University) informed us that he received a Ph.D. degree from the Chemistry and Chemical Biology program at Cornell University last summer and is now working in the industry in the Bay Area. Congratulations!

Jan. 5

It was informed that Nguyễn Xuan Bạch (who graduated from NU-G30-Chem-Sci undergraduate program in 2021 and advanced into a Ph.D. program at Duke University) had received a prestigious award in evolutionary medicine. Jan. 15

Nathan Hikaru Faialaga (who graduated from NU-G30-Chem-Eng undergraduate program in 2017 and advanced into a Ph.D. program at MIT) has finished his Ph.D. degree at MIT and was promoted to a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University. Congratulations!

Feb. 20

Lester Yang visited Nagoya University: He finished his Bachelor's degree from the NU-G30-Chem-Sci program in 2019 and his Master's degree from Berkeley University. He is currently working at Logitech. It was very nice to see him again! 

May. 23

Letitia Sarah visited Nagoya University: She finished her Bachelor's degree from the NU-G30-Chem-Sci program and is doing her Ph.D. degree at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). It was very delightful to meet her again! 

We had the students' guidance followed by a welcome party for G30-Chem-Sci and G30-Chem-Eng first-year students. 2023, we have four students in G30-Chem-Eng program and seven students in G30-Chem-Sci. All new students! Congratulations. 

Sep. 27

We had the graduation ceremony for graduating students from NU. Congratulations.

Hiroaki Hashimoto visited Nagoya University: He finished his Bachelor's degree from the NU-G30-Chem-Eng program. He is currently working at P&G. It was very nice to see him again!
